We ship throughout Egypt with delivery times varying by location:

• Cairo and Giza: 1-3 business days
• Alexandria: 2-4 business days
• Other governorates: 3-7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order value. Free shipping is available for orders over 1000 EGP within Cairo and Giza.

Return Policy

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be in original condition and packaging
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
